Only enter the practice if you have spoken to a GP or nurse and they have specifically asked you to attend.
When you have spoken to a GP / Nurse and they have asked you to attend, you will be given a specific time to come in. In order to limit the number of people in the waiting room please attend as close to that time as possible.
On arrival, please wear a face covering and use the hand sanitiser provided. You must declare if you have any known current COVID-19 symptoms (a temperature, new cough, loss of smell or loss of taste) so that you can be directed to the correct treatment room.

Everything about Practice Plus makes it easier to access the care you need, when you need it.
You’ll receive a telephone or face-to-face GP appointment within 48 hours, often the very same day. To speed up your diagnosis, we also offer a wide range of NHS tests which can be done in your Practice Plus surgery before you see your doctor. Often we’ll give you the ability to choose the most convenient location for you.
There’s no need to fight to get through at 8am or join a lengthy queue to speak to us. Our clinical call centres pick up almost all calls within 30 seconds so you can call whenever is most convenient for you. We’re open 8am to 8pm, seven days a week.
We have longer surgery hours, and are open at weekends too. And with phone, face-to-face and home visits available where clinically necessary, it’s easier than ever to see or speak with your GP.
As one of our registered patients you can opt in to use our online services when you register with Practice Plus. This will enable you to access the services offered by your practice including appointment booking and prescriptions request.
