Appointments are available at The Junction Health Centre every day, 8am-8pm, including bank holidays. Outside of these times you will need to call the out-of-hours service on 111. You can also book appointment using our online services. If you don’t have an online account or haven’t been provided with log-in details to access this, please contact us.

If you would like to book an appointment with a healthcare professional (like a nurse or healthcare assistant) you can book with us directly without needing to speak to a doctor.
We offer home visits for housebound, very ill or elderly patients only. Non-urgent home visits can be arranged with your doctor with a few days’ notice. Urgent visits will be done as quickly as possible, but your preferred doctor may not be available. Please call us on 0300 130 3333 if you wish to make a home visit appointment. If you call after 6.30pm your home visit will be undertaken by the local out-of-hours service.
We offer a telephone consultation service with a doctor throughout the day so you do not have to be a part of the 8am rush. Simply call the practice anytime during opening hours and our team will schedule you in for a call back from a GP. You will be contacted within 2 hours of your allocated appointment slot. The doctor will discuss your problem over the phone and if they need to see you, they will arrange an appointment for later in the day or at a time and day that suits you.
