As a Practice Plus patient, the easiest, safest and quickest way to order your repeat prescription is online.
If you are not already registered for online services, you can do so by clicking here and selecting the option to ‘Create my Personal Health Hub’. Your Personal Health Hub allows you to book or amend appointments, including ordering repeat prescriptions 24 hours a day. If you are using our old online services and haven’t created your new Personal Health Hub, you can still access your account here. The typical turn around time for prescriptions is two working days.
If you’d prefer, you can still submit a written prescription request to a member of our team and we’ll process it for you.
If you are on regular daily medication we are moving your repeat prescriptions for these medicines onto repeat dispensing. Click here for more information.
Remember to check the review date at the bottom of your repeat medication list. If this date has expired, you will need an appointment with your doctor before any further medication can be issued.
We follow new national guidelines to stop wastage of unused medications, and so only provide a 56 day supply of medication in each prescription.
Dear patients – if you have recently travelled to China in the last 14 days and have developed a fever, cough or are feeling unwell, or have come into contact with someone who has tested positive for the coronavirus and you are concerned – please stay at home and call 111, you will be assessed through this service, do not attend the walk-in centre or the practice. Further information and guidance can be found here.
