Prescriptions

As a Practice Plus patient, the easiest, safest and quickest way to order your repeat prescription is online.

If you are not already registered for online services, you can do so by clicking here and selecting the option to ‘Create my Personal Health Hub’. Your Personal Health Hub allows you to book or amend appointments, including ordering repeat prescriptions 24 hours a day. If you are using our old online services and haven’t created your new Personal Health Hub, you can still access your account hereThe typical turn around time for prescriptions is two working days.

If you’d prefer, you can still submit a written prescription request to a member of our team and we’ll process it for you.

Review date for your medication

Remember to check the review date at the bottom of your repeat medication list. If this date has expired, you will need an appointment with your doctor before any further medication can be issued.

Unused medications

We follow new national guidelines to stop wastage of unused medications, and so only provide a 56 day supply of medication in each prescription.
